Free Trial

Q. Can I try this before buying?
Yes, you could download our Edition from the website and check the features, Trial period would be valid for 50 Enquiry or leads, post that you would not be able to enter any new leads but can view the data entered. You can purchase the license and continue using the same data.

Q. Would data entered in trial edition be upgraded to license edition?
Yes, data entered EQMS can be upgraded to license edition.

Q. Would trial Edition have limited features as compared to license edition?
No, trial edition would have all the features of license but with data lock (50 entries).

Q. Is there any support provided during trial period?
Yes, we would be happy to help you during your trial or evaluation period you can drop a mail at trial@spinso.com.

Q. Do I need to register or fill a form to try EQMS?
No, you can download the application from our website and start using it. The application would have a default trial login and password.

General

Q. Would system remind me for the Follow up?
Yes, you could set reminder for important follow up and the application will remind you.

Q. Can I capture payment details along with the orders booked?
Yes, you could not only enter the amount but also payment details like Cheque/DD Number, Date, Bank Name, Amount etc.

Q. I would like to capture incentive details along with the order?
Yes, incentive details can be captured.

Q. Can I attach document like Quotation/price list etc that is shared with the customer during follow-up?
Yes, you can attach any external document such as word/excel/pdf etc to enquiry. Attachment of the document also ensures the a copy of the document is stored on the server hence eliminating risk of losing data in case of pc crash or format.

Q. Can I view enquiry region wise?
Yes, you can view the report and sort or group this by region. EQMS support user defined region you can enter and set region as per your preference.

Q. Can I know the source of the enquiry?
Yes, you can capture source of enquiries like website, email, newspaper add, exhibition, walk in etc.

Q. Can I use this to maintain other follow up like Payment & AMC?
Yes, you could use this tool for any type of follow up as this would maintain entire follow-up details along with next follow-up details.

Q. Is there any limit for users I can create in EQMS ?
EQMS supports 2 licensing policy Per PC & per User.
Online edition is per user, going ahead all edition would be per user.

Q. Can I upload existing data that is maintained in excel file?
Yes, you can upload existing data, we have excel upload format available for Customer, Product enquiry and parameter.

Q. Can I take a backup of data?
Yes, you can take a backup of the data as per your need and restore the same if needed.

Q.Can I export data in excel?
Yes, you can export data in excel for additional reports and MIS , you can create pivots charts as per your need.

Q. Can I schedule next follow up reminder for next week or month or year?
Yes, you can put any date as next follow-up.

Q. Can I view enquiry closure wise Booked/lost/cancelled for the month?
Yes, you can extract report and filter this in excel for any period.

Q. Can I attach bills for the order closed?
Yes, you can have bill also attached as attachment with enquiry follow up screen.

Q. Is there any limitation for Attachment?
No, you can attach as many document as you want.

Q. Can I attach any file, or it supports any particular extension like doc,xls,pdf etc. ?
Yes, you can attach any file there is no particular requirement.

Q. Can I attach folder?
No, as of now you can only attach/link file, folder is not supported.

Q. Is there an option to view list of pending enquiry for follow up today?
You, would get enquiry pending for follow in Follow-up screen , you can also see all enquiry that is open by selecting Show All option.

Q. Can I Search Enquiry By Customer Name, Telephone Number, Customer Type or any other information?
Yes, every screen has search option.

Q. Is number maintained for each enquiry?
Yes, System generates a unique number to each enquiry that is entered in the EQMS.

Q. Can I enter multiple products for an enquiry?
Yes, you can have multiple products for single enquiry.

Q. My product may differ from my enquiry, can I change this while booking order?
Yes, you can maintain 2 set of product list one that you got an enquiry for and one that is finally booked.

Q. For some reason if my computer needs to be formatted how do I restore EQMS?
Yes, You just need to reinstall the application and restore the back, all your data and attachment would restore to last backup take state.

Q.I have seen many CRM applications, which are very complicated, how about EQMS?
We have tried our level best to make EQMS as simple & user friendly as possible, we have covered Lead management Process in 3 simple steps i.e. Enquiry . Follow up . Closure

Q. I have to produce monthly /Quarterly MIS report to the Management, would EQMS help me?
Yes, with EQMS you can export required data in Excel and create Charts, pivots table etc for your MIS.

Q. What is Edition?
EQMS come in various editions to suite your business needs, each edition would set of features hence giving you a wider choice to choose from. You can start from EQMS lower edition and upgrade to higher edition.

Please note: Edition upgrade is a paid service and is not free.

EQMS My Edition: This is entry level EQMS focused for individuals, who can enter there enquiry. This does not support multi user

EQMS Basic Edition: This is for small organization which supports multi user but with limited features

Q. What is version?
Version is the current release of the EQMS, in the following example 2010 & 2011 indicates year of release and R1.0 and R2.0 indicates Release number. Check your version number to ensure you are using the latest version of EQMS. During AMC period you are entitled to get free version upgrade.

Q. Can I view enquiry and follow-up details of my team?
Yes, as a team owner you would be able to view your team enquiry and follow-up details if you have required privileges.

Q. Can I re-open my closed enquiry?
Yes, you can reopen an enquiry if this is closed this would make the enquiry status open and executive can enter follow-up/Attachment details if needed.

Q. Can I re-assign my enquiry?
Yes, you can re assign the enquiry to another executive, you may need to do this for following reason, if any of the team members leaves the organization or if he/she is shifted to department or moved to different location etc.

Q. Can I maintain sales executive wise incentive? Yes, you can enter incentive details at the time of closure.

Q.I would like to see enquiry history of particular employee?
Yes, you can view history of all enquiries executive wise.

Q. Can I reassign enquiry with follow-up data to new executive if old one quits?
Yes, you can use reassign option to assign enquiry to other executive.

Q. Can other sales executive view Enquiry of other team member?
No, Sales executive would not be able to view other executive enquiry.

Q. Is it necessary to create a team to view enquiry and follow-up details of other employees?
No, It is not compulsory to create a team; you can create Adhoc team and give access to manager to view details of their team member.

Q. Can I view details of Team or Employee who do not have direct reporting to me?
Yes, you can add team or Employee in Adhoc Team and you would be able to see all the details.

Q. I have multiple branches and would like to monitor the data across location?
Yes, EQMS has online edition which support multi branch, the data is stored on our central web server.

Q. My sales team is always on the move, how do I monitor them?
EQMS online edition would help you in this case, you just need internet connectivity to update data.

Rights and Access control

Q. Can I give menu rights?
Yes, you can assign menu /screen rights to profile and this profile can be mapped to login users.

Q. Can I give different rights to different users?
Yes, you can create Profiles and assign rights to various screens, this profile can be attached to employee.

Licensing policy

Q. Do I need to buy client license for every user?
No, you need not buy client license for every user, client license are only needed if you want to install on additional computer.

Q. Is the license key generated unique for life?
No, License key changes on format of PC, you need to surrender old License and we would issue a new key.

Installation

Q. Is this application web based?
No, EQMS is built on client server technology, and would be installed in your network; hence this is more secured in terms of data security as compared with the web biased lead management software.

Q. Do I need to install application on all the PC to use?
Yes, EQMS setup needs to be install on all the pc.

Q. I see 2 setup folders, Server and client?
For trial use we would recommend you to install server and client on same PC on default path. if case you need any help please mail us trial@spinso.com

Support and AMC

Q. Is it compulsory to take AMC (Annual maintenance contract)?
No, AMC is not compulsory; however we would strongly recommend going for AMC as with AMC you would get free support and upgrade.

Q. What is the support provided?
All our software comes with standard AMC, this means you would get free Email, Telephone and Email support along with 1 year free version upgrades
