Reassign an Enquiry to other sales executive

This might be needed in the following cases
   1. Employee leaves organization
   2. Enquiry wrongly assigned
   3. Change in sales executive profile
   4. Employee is internally transferred

In the above scenarios, one can assign single or all enquires of a sales executive to another.

This can be done using following menu option
Enquiry – Reassign Enquiry

Please note all the related components such as follow up and documents will also get transferred to the new sales executive, this helps new person to understand the case better.
