Reopen a closed Enquiry

Once the status of the enquiry is changed i.e booked, lost or cancelled, this enquiry will no longer appear in follow-up screen.

In some cases if you want to change the status of such enquiry as the customer may wish to change the scope or offer better pricing etc.

In this case one can reopen the enquiry so that it would be visible in the Enquiry - follow up screen, which can be later be closed using Enquiry – Closure menu option
