When an enquiry is received in the common pool like exhibition, walk-in, website etc. This enquiry is not assigned to any sales executive.
In this video we would learn how to enter the enquiry, assign it to executive. After assigning the enquiry it is available to the respective sales executive in My Enquiry & Follow-up menu option
