Create Teams, assign manager, View reports
One can create multiple teams based on product line, region etc.
Team would have owner, and multiple employee can be added to the team as team members.
Advantage of creating team is , that team owner would be able to view all the details of his team members such as enquiry, follow up, closure status in the following menu option
My Team – Enquiry
Reports can be viewed using following option
Reports- My report – My report
Data can also be exported to excel to generate charts
