My Enquiry

Sales executive can enter their enquiry which might have been generated from cold call, telemarketing or from reference.

1. how to enter self enquiry (my)
Once the enquiry/sales leads are entered in My enquiry along with products details. On saving the enquiry details an unique enquiry number is generated by the system (Eg. Enquiry no 1).

2. how to enter follow-up details
Enquiry entered in My Enquiry is visible in the follow-up screen

You can enter current follow up along with next follow-up details, link/attach documents from the local folder

3. how to close enquiry
After single or multiple follow-ups customer closes the deal. The status of the enquiry can be updated as booked/lost or cancelled.

You can modify the final product details for quantity and price etc.Advance payment received along with the order can also be mentioned in payment details.

Once the enquiry is closed, the same is removed from follow up screen.
